Who we are

Wondrful makes personalised children's colouring pages from your own family photos. We're a small business based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time at hello@wondrful.co.uk.

What we collect

To make your colouring page, we only need three things:

• the photo you send us,
• your email address, so we can send your finished page, and
• your Etsy order number, so we can match your photo to your order.

That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need.

How we use your photo

Your photo is used for one thing only: to create the colouring page you ordered. Every page is also checked by hand before it reaches you, so it really looks like your child. Your photo is never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the small team making your page.

Payment and checkout

All payment and checkout happens on Etsy, not on this website. We never see or store your card or payment details. Etsy handles that side of things under their own privacy policy, and simply passes us the order so we know it's genuine.

How long we keep it

We keep your photo, email and order number only for as long as we need them to create and deliver your page and to help with any follow-up, such as a reprint or a tweak. After that they're removed from our systems.

Asking us to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your photo and details at any time, for any reason. Just email hello@wondrful.co.uk with your order number and we'll take care of it and confirm once it's done.

Your rights

As you're in the UK, data protection law gives you the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To use any of these rights, just get in touch and we'll help. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
